DAY 2
eco explore day

8 - 9:30am morning yoga in the garden
all-day to discover the treasures of key west or enjoy some extras like : thai massage, vedic astrology, tarot reading, private yoga instruction, henna. (Just ask and we can make it happen.)
Lunch provided by Grab & Glow
3pm afternoon gentle yoga
4 - 8:30pm group dolphin watch & snorkel
excursion with sunset sail ( dinner onboard)
DAY 3
adventure day
breakfast at marrero’s guesthouse
8 - 9:30am morning yoga in the garden
all day to explore the island with additional add-ons and experiences. Hit the beach, go shopping or enjoy some extras like : thai massage, vedic astrology, tarot reading, private yoga instruction, henna. (Just ask and we will make it happen.)

5pm Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath
DAY 4

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES
A full list of activities available during your retreat will be e-mailed with booking details once you have reserved your space. Activities may include but are not limited to:
thai massage
sound healing session
private yoga instruction
jyotish /vedic astrology chart and reading
Yoga will take place daily (sometimes twice, 6 offerings total) at the Yoga Sanctuary and guests will be staying just down the street at Marrero's Guest Mansion (check them out at marreros.com). At Marrero's you'll have access to the swimming pool and you will enjoy your breakfasts there.

Marrero’s Guesthouse is a boutique hotel in the heart of old town Key West, just a block away from The Key West Yoga Sanctuary. This historic guesthouse was thoughtfully updated to feature the “funky” style so often associated with our little island. Bright rooms with lovely details invited you in and a chic poolside garden welcomes relaxation under the palms. King, Queen and Double bed rooms are available for retreats on a first come, first serve basis.
